The Maritime Safety and Port Management Administration (UPSUL) is a Montenegrin government administrative body operating under the ministry responsible for maritime affairs. Headquartered in Bar, it is tasked with ensuring navigational safety, operating coastal vessel traffic monitoring systems, coordinating maritime search and rescue operations, and overseeing ports of national importance. The administration was formed in 2019 through the merger of the former Maritime Safety Administration and the Port Administration to align Montenegro's maritime sector with international and European Union standards.
