The Ministry of Tourism is a central executive government department in Montenegro responsible for formulating and implementing national policies to develop, regulate, and promote the country's tourism sector. It oversees sustainable tourism initiatives, hospitality standards, strategic tourism infrastructure, and international partnerships. First established as a dedicated line ministry in 1992, the portfolio has periodically merged with environment and economic development departments before being re-established to lead one of Montenegro's most vital economic industries.
