Novi Prvoborac AD Herceg Novi is a Montenegrin construction and civil engineering joint-stock company based in Meljine, Herceg Novi. Its operations center on building construction, civil engineering projects, and the extraction of mineral building materials such as quarry stone. Originating from the prominent Yugoslav-era state enterprise GP Prvoborac, it was restructured into a joint-stock company in 2000 following a major debt-to-equity conversion by creditors.
