The Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA) is a public administrative authority in the Republic of Moldova operating under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry. It is tasked with managing, allocating, and monitoring state subsidy funds and financial assistance designated for agricultural producers and rural development initiatives. Established in February 2010 under Government Decision No. 60, the agency was created to centralize agricultural support mechanisms and align national subsidy administration with European Union standards.
