Administration of Sirius Federal TerritoryGovernment

The Administration of Sirius Federal Territory is the executive governing body of Russia's first federal territory, situated on the Black Sea coast near Sochi. It is mandated to manage local public affairs, economic development, municipal infrastructure, and support the Sirius educational, scientific, and technological cluster under a special federal legal framework. Established by federal law in December 2020 following the 2020 Russian constitutional amendments, the territory was carved out of Sochi's Adler district surrounding the 2014 Winter Olympics coastal venues.
