The Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tirana is the largest local prosecution body in Albania's judicial system. Formerly functioning as the Prosecution Office of the Judicial District of Tirana following the modern post-communist judicial framework established in 1992, it underwent comprehensive restructuring and re-designation under Albania's justice reform and the 2023 judicial map reorganization.
