Strășeni District CourtJudiciary

The Strășeni District Court (Judecătoria Strășeni) is a first-instance judicial body operating within the court system of the Republic of Moldova. It exercises primary jurisdiction over civil, criminal, administrative, and insolvency proceedings originating in the Strășeni and Călărași districts, with appeals submitted to the Chișinău Court of Appeal. Following major judicial map reorganization reforms enacted under Law No. 76 of 2016, the court absorbed the former Călărași District Court into its structure as a secondary branch.
