The Administrative Court of Appeal in Sundsvall (Kammarrätten i Sundsvall) is one of Sweden's four regional administrative courts of second instance. It is tasked with hearing appeals against judgments rendered by administrative courts across northern Sweden, primarily regarding public administration, taxation, and social services. Established on July 1, 1974, its creation was part of a major judicial reform in the 1970s aimed at decentralizing the administrative court system away from Stockholm.
