Ministry for Gozo and PlanningGovernment

The Ministry for Gozo and Planning is a cabinet ministry of Malta responsible for the regional administration, socio-economic development, and spatial planning policies concerning the island of Gozo. Originally established in 1987 as the Ministry for Gozo to decentralize administration and support the sister island's distinct regional needs, its portfolio was expanded to explicitly incorporate national planning in a January 2024 cabinet reshuffle.
