The Miami-Dade County International Trade Consortium (ITC) is the official international trade and business development agency of Miami-Dade County, Florida. It is mandated to promote the county as a premier global commercial gateway, facilitate two-way international trade, coordinate inbound and outbound trade missions, and oversee the Sister Cities program. Established by county ordinance in November 2002, the consortium serves as the county's primary liaison to the local consular and diplomatic corps.
