The Ministry of Economy and Territorial Cohesion is a cabinet department of the Government of Portugal responsible for formulating and implementing national economic policies, tourism, industry, and regional development strategies. Its mandate centers on stimulating sustainable economic growth, managing European Union structural and cohesion funds, and reducing socio-economic disparities across Portuguese regions. The ministry was established in 2025 through the structural merger of the previously separate Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Territorial Cohesion.
